Ship / Return / Refund
Unless otherwise noted, orders generally ship out within 2 to 3 business days.
Please know there is great care taken in packaging your purchase to ensure it will arrive safely.

Our shipping method is USPS, using flat-rate packaging in the United States, plus a $1 handling fee. Unfortunately, there is no same-day shipping, UPS, FedEx, or any other type of service at this time.​

Shipping with USPS, you are provided a tracking number, and shipping could take between 5-7 days before you receive your order, and a bit longer during the holidays.

Products requiring a small box to ship will cost $10.40, and $17.05 for a large box.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply, and Beadtiful Things is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Our goal is that you will be happy with your purchase of ​the products we offer.​ ​​Please check your order carefully when it arrives.

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to errors in manufacturing and quality seven days from the date received. Return charges are at the buyer's expense. Please contact us at shirleyo@beadtifulthings.com to request an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization), and shipping instructions.

If you are not satisfied with your product, please let us know so we can issue an RMA number to return the item/s at the buyer's expense.

Please return all items with a copy of your email receipt.

Return orders are not accepted without an RMA number.
We will correct any mistakes within 15 days or refund the full purchase price minus the handling fee and the shipping fees if paid by Beadtiful Things.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will issue you a refund minus any shipping and handling charges paid by Beadtiful Things.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund on merchandise that has been received over 7 days from the date of receipt, nor on clearance, sale, discounted, or custom-made items.
